Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions  are an agreement between Collie's Electrical and the customer  for the provision of electrical services. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.​

 

   1. Services

Collie's Electrical shall provide electrical services to the Customer as agreed upon in writing. Any additional services requested by the Customer shall be charged separately.

 

   2.Payment

The Customer agrees to pay Collie's Electrical in accordance with the payment terms agreed upon in writing. Failure to pay Collie's Electrical in a timely manner may result in the suspension of Services until payment is received in full.

 

   3. Liability

Collie's Electrical shall not be liable for any damages arising from any acts or omissions of the Customer or any third-party contractor working on the Customer's premises. Collie's Electrical  shall not be liable for any damages arising from any defects or deficiencies in the Customer's electrical system or any other property.

 

   4. Warranty

Collie's Electrical warrants that all Services provided to the Customer will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If any Services provided by Collie's Electrical are found to be defective, Collie's Electrical  shall correct such defects at no additional cost to the Customer.

 

   5. Intellectual Property

The Customer agrees that all intellectual property developed or created by Collie's Electrical in the course of providing Services to the Customer shall remain the property of Collie's Electrical. The Customer shall have no right to use any such intellectual property without the prior written consent of Collie's Electrical.

 

   6. Confidentiality

The Customer acknowledges that Collie's Electrical may have access to confidential information in the course of providing Services to the Customer. Collie's Electrical agrees to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the Customer.

 

7.   Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Customer shall pay Collie's Electrical for all Services provided up to the date of termination.

 

   8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.

 

   9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Collie's Electrical and the Customer and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written.

 

   10. Amendments

This Agreement may be amended by Collie's Electrical from time to time, and any such amendments shall be effective upon notice to the Customer.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of this Agreement and agrees to be bound by them.

Quote Terms and Conditions for Collie's Electrical

These Quote Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are an agreement between Collie's Electrical and the customer  for the provision of electrical services as described in the Contractor's quote. By accepting the Quote, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.​

   1. Services

Collie's Electrical shall provide electrical services to the Customer as described in the Quote. Any additional services requested by the Customer shall be charged separately.

   

   2. Payment

The Customer agrees to pay Collie's Electrical in accordance with the payment terms described in the Quote. Failure to pay Collie's Electrical in a timely manner may result in the suspension of Services until payment is received in full.
